Multiple meetings and a plyphery of questions helped me begin to comprehend the vision and capture requirements. Because it's user-base was so highly technical I interviewed many different types of developers. To establish clarity early on, I developed a shared glossary of terms to ensure consistency. From there, I began mapping and sketching guided workflows—starting with installation and data population, onto dataset manipulation and generated results. Due to the proprietary nature of the platform, I’m unable to share screenshots of the tool itself. However, I’ve included supporting materials, designed by me, that reflect the brand, product vision, and products using RTI Merge insights. Designing this product from the ground up has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career, and I love to talk about it.
